Dr. Neupane himself came to the door of the waiting room to take me back for my appointment. He was very polite and courteous, and took time to listen to my questions. He explained things well to me. He quickly ascertained that the primary cause of my problem was not directly related to my kidneys. In this case, I needed a referral, and he sent one to the best specialist he knew. He said to let his office know if I need additional help scheduling a visit with the specialist. He also recommended a followup visit with him in 6 months, to ensure that I am better.
