Patient, competent and demonstrates genuine concern for the patient. I've been going to Dr. Jamal for about five years. She has never rushed me out the door because she was running behind, which may work to her detriment with patients that weren't seen at the scheduled appointment time. I have complete confidence that she will take all the time needed to address all of my concerns, but I can appreciate why patients that waited too long would see it the other way.A couple years ago I was sicker than a dog on a Saturday. I was able to get in touch with Dr. Jamal, who was out shopping. She went to her office, initiated a TeleVisit, called in prescriptions and got me on the road to recovery.For those looking for a good doctor that accepts Medicare Advantage, maybe you can find someone that is a better fit for your needs. Maybe not.
