My mom is deathly afraid of medical providers but when she showed me a non-healing lesion on her head I forced her to make a Dermatology appointment. Ryan made her feel at home, shook her hand, explained everything, and made the biopsy easy. She said 100% she'd go back. I'm a Nurse Practitioner in a different field and I know praise like that is rare. Thank you Ryan.
