He's great at explaining the process, keeping the patient as relaxed and comfortable as possible, great knowledge of up to date equipment, and great dental work. Staff is kind, but when it comes to billing get everything in writing and don't expect kind reminders of your bill being due. This is when the collections mentality is high and there are personal comments made to motivate quick payment. At times extremely unprofessional.
