Dr. Rosangela Fernandez is a caring a thorough doctor. I had a large mass in my lower right lung. She acted quickly for me to make further tests to pinpoint the problem. I highly recommend her. Not only does she have an office at HIMA hospital but also at Metropolitan Hospital. The latter hospital her respiratory technician does the Lung Function Test.
