I was a patient of Dr. Henderson's from 1978 until he left the practice. He stayed on me about weight and exercise. I wasn't fat then. Just a few pounds overweight. LOL!!! Told me if I kept gaining weight in my 20's, by the time I reached my 40s and 50s, I would be over 200 lbs. He was right. He also told me as an Obstetrics patient that I would become a diabetic. I was a gestational diabetic at the time I was pregnant with my daughter who is 34 years old now. He was right. I am a diabetic right now. Everything he said would happen to me, did. So I would refer any female, young or old, to Dr. Henderson. Always gave great advice. I was very fond of him! I thought he retired years ago. Good to know he's still up and at 'em! He told me to exercise everyday...and I really hate to exercise. But when I do, I feel soo much better! Hello, Dr. Henderson!!! ??
