Dr. Prussick is an excellent dermatologist and I have used him for years. But since he became part of Ann Arundel Dermatology it is almost impossible to reach the practice. They put you on hold for 10 minutes and then the call drops. Or, you select the 'call back' option but they don't call you back. A few months ago I gave up and found another dermatologist for an emergency infection. Recently, it took 3 days for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy which is not local. It has been a week and I have heard nothing about its being filled. I gave up trying to contact the practice. I bought an over the counter option and hope it will work. If I hadn't been using this doctor for so many years I would be looking for someone else.
