I was given an urgent appt with Dr Chen for treatment of kidney stones within 24 hrs of calling. The staff was friendly. Dr Chen was one of the nicest doctors I’ve seen. He took extra time to explain my situation and totally help relieve me of any fears or concerns I have. I felt sure that I would have to wait a really long time in the office and exam room but in fact, I was in and out of his office within an hour. I highly recommend Dr Chen and thank him for answering all of our questions.
