Dr. Supakul is amazing. I’ve had two pulmonary embolisms within 1 year (accompanied by DVTs). To have a doctor who is fully invested in you as a patient and person is exactly what’s needed when having such dire health issues. Dr. Supakul is friendly, personable, thorough, incredibly smart, and funny! She puts me at ease when my anxiety is high and makes me laugh when I need it. And with this most recent PE/DVT episode, I wanted to see her during my post-hospital follow up, but she was out of the office that whole week. I scheduled with one of the NPs, and when she came into my appointment she mentioned someone was shadowing her. It was Dr. Supakul!! She said she saw my name on the schedule and had to come in on her day off! It was so meaningful, completely unexpected, and beyond my expectations. She sat and listened to me, reassured me, and truly cared about my well-being. She is someone who you want on your care team!
