I've been a patient of Dr. Noto for over 20 years and so grateful to call him my primary physician. He is accurate in his diagnosis and treatment and takes the time to listen, you are never rushed out of the office . Dr. Noto is also thorough, kind, sympathetic, funny and most of all brilliant when it comes to medical knowledge . His treatment plans begin with a discussion, a course of action and your thoughts at which time he will work toward a long term goal to remain healthy. Highly recommend him to anyone.
