I have taken my children here for over eight years and I have no complaints. Sometimes, they are extremely booked for routine visits, but they always try to accomodate me and let me know if there is a cancellation. I trust him and his staff and they have always thoroughly explained things to me, answered any questions I may have had and always made my kids feel welcomed and relaxed. Both of my children respect his opinions and trust him with their care too. I don't even have to sit in there with them anymore. I understand there have been some bad reviews, but I think we all need to remember we are all human and sometimes have a bad day. I think if you treat people with respect and patience, you will receive the same. Five stars from my family.
