Dr. Ritchie is a wonderful Dr. I’ve read the comments saying he didn’t take the time to explain results & I cannot imagine this. He has always explained, in detail, the results of any test I’ve had. He’s a very knowledgeable and down to earth person. He takes as much time needed when you’re with him and that, in my opinion, is the reason your wait time is longer than you’d like. I, too, have waited an hour+ BUT I’ve always gotten my time needed for him to answer all of my questions and never feel rushed. His nurse is also wonderful. She’s always made me feel comfortable and is very personable when talking to her. I hate the negative comment makers didn’t have the same experience I have at every appointment. Also, Dr. Ritchie always has a solution to your problem. If you’re uneasy about a test you’ve had from a Specialists (ex. endocrinologist) & don’t feel like you received proper info, he will obtain the results from that specialist & take the time to explain them. Love him!!
