My mother was treated by Dr,Moessinger 21 years ago at the University Medical Center in Baltimore… My mom is going to be 83 in October…. He performed a “Whipple” on her she is still here and doing well…. I hope he sees this message…. I know alot of times the Surgeon doesn’t know what happens to their patients after surgery … Many thanks for saving my mommas life….. Her names is Mary Armstrong….
