I am grateful Dr. Payne practices in Walterboro. Upon my first visit, I felt at ease in his presence. Dr. Payne was attentive, supportive, understanding, and respectful. Bonnie, his receptionist, is patient, caring, and considerate. The office is simple, practical, and in a quiet, remote city setting. I look forward to Dr. Payne's weekly medical, intuitive decades of expert experience in Bowen Family Systems to help me through this grief cycle so that I might, yet again, have a professional, qualified, and gentle, yet wise, companion as the inner seas get rough, and I need help. I'm grateful he was recommended to me by our local pharmacist, Ed, at Hiott's Pharmacy. Thank you.
