In my first review, I spoke very positively about my appointment with Dr. DePalma . It was very difficult to access my three root canals, given the extreme calcification of my tooth. Please refer to that first 5 star rating.However I must also give another five-plus stars to Brenda the office manager, as the first rating did not give me that opportunity. She has a wonderful personality. Besides her efficiency with appointments and paperwork, she is very knowledgeable as to dental procedures and instructions, both pre and post appointment. She makes patients feel special and “part of the family”. She is warm and friendly and makes new patients immediately comfortable. There is an “angelic aura” about her.
