Dr. Cope is professional, empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me my imaging results, additional imagining needed, and then wrote out what the plan is moving forward. He also exhibited patience with my many questions while providing me detailed answers and resources to learn more. Most importantly he did not try to throw medicine at me to treat my symptoms, but instead he developed a plan of action to attempt to find the root cause of symptoms. He also briefly discussed the varies solutions available to correct and manage it, pending further test results. I left his office feeling hopeful and relieved to have a plan.
