Dr. Mathews has always been the kind of doctor you would recommend to anyone. Not only is he thorough and very knowledgeable in the field of ophthalmology, but he is also personable and knows how to make a patient feel as though they are being cared for, that their concerns are valid, and that they are being heard. Dr. Mathews is one of the absolute best doctors there are.
