Dr. Heckert was very thorough in my son's exam after he was injured at school. We ended up in the office for several hours but I left feeling like every thing had been properly evaluated. He was very good at explaining what he was looking for with each test he performed. Yes, it was a lot of time in the office but I was grateful that he was able to squeeze us in!
