I have been taking my grandmother to see Dr. Lin after she was referred by her primary doctor. She is old and scared to have surgery. Dr. Lin took time to explain the process of the recommended surgery for her. He even drew out a drawing for her. My grandmother is over 80 yrs old. She is scared. We both like how he spent the time with us and did not push us to have surgery. He seems to really care and wanted her to feel comfortable.
