My wife and I are 78 and 79 years old respectively; we have been patients of Dr. Nelson since 1979 when we moved to Pittsburgh. In the ensuing years as we moved 2 times, but have returned, we have seen other dentists... and I mention this only as a basis of comparison. There is no finer dentist anywhere in the country by any standard. He is meticulous to the 9th degree and his work (fillings, bridges, crowns) hold up. His techniques make virtually any procedure painless. 25 stars!
