Patient Reviews
Nov 17, 2023
First, I would like to say that I really like this office. I had an appointment October 31st 2023 to discuss possible knee surgery with Dr. Cain. The front office staff are very kind and efficient. My wait time to be called back was 5 minutes :).A wonderful nurse named Nelly checked my vitals and discussed my health issues. She was very professional and pleasant. Dr. Cain went over details of knee replacement, took his time and was very detailed about what was going to happen. After the conversation we had, I decided to have the knee replacement surgery done.My surgery scheduler is Bridget Healy, a really sharp and knowledgeable individual. She made my knee surgery appointment and anything that comes next seamless.I would recommend Dr. Cain and his staff to anyone in need of a fine surgeon.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
