Dr. Novara is a kind and helpful doctor that listens and advises you what your are supposed to do to stay healthy. My husband and I are very pleased to be in his care. We had a teleconference wellness check last year during COVID and he took his time to make sure that all our questions were answered and he made sure to ask if we needed new medications. He is not at all arrogant and and after reading other reviews decided to add mine. A gentleman cancelled is appointment because a receptionist asks him the names of the medications he want refilled and rated the Doctor poorly because of this. Actually his staff is great. They are all very helpful. The fellow that rated him low had him for a Dr. for 25 years, so he must have been good. If someone abuses the staff they should be discharged as a patient in my opinion.
