Dr. Gonzalez performed 2 ureteroscopies on me, 2 months apart. Prior to the procedures, it's safe to say I was a bit anxious and did not know what to expect. Both procedures were performed flawlessly, and I am no longer apprehensive about having a ureteroscopy. After both surgeries, I was up & around in just a few hours. The 2nd procedure was almost completely painless, although I did ask the nurse for as much pain meds as the doctor would allow. I'm moving out-of-state soon, and I understand Dr. Gonzalez will be at a different practice soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to travel hundreds of miles to retain the services of Dr. Gonzalez. He is THAT good!
