I have had COPD for many years and since I was a truck driver it was no where on my charts or records because it would disqualify me as a driver. Dr Corley explained it needed to be documented and put on my charts and Hey its time to retire. I was not happy camper but understood fully why this needed to be done. Had she not done this I would not be able to receive my disability that I am not on. Thank You Dr. Corley
