Dr. Sullivan was my surgeon for a bilateral spinal fusion of the L4/L5 S1 that was performed on 04 December 1992 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital. I was a service member in the United States Army at the time, and I had injured my lower back while lifting weights, when I was assigned in Turkey in 1983. I was in near-constant pain from the time I injured myself until the surgery. The surgery was a complete success, and I am thankful that the Army referred me to Dr. Sullivan, and that he was my surgeon. I have mentioned him to friends, family, and acquaintances over the years, and meeting him was an awesome experience that I will always treasure.
