If a visit to a dental office can ever be called a great experience, this is one. Dr. Ross was amazing. I went in for a tooth extraction. After numbing the area she noticed that I seemed scared and very apprehensive. She said perhaps I should see an oral surgeon. My husband said no, please finish the extraction. She did. It was not an easy one. Very time consuming because the tooth was being stubborn. It was so lengthy she had to add more numbing to the area. After the extraction she had to remove the infection from my gums. I am sure she was late for her next patient but that patient will receive the same excellent care I received. Also, her assistant, Chris, was my savior. I was having no pain but when the pressure was a bit overwhelming and I began moving my hands Chris used his free hand to hold them, talked softly to me and reassured me that everything was going to be OK. At times I squeezed his hand so hard I thought I was going to break his fingers. This is a great team.
