I've been seeing Dr. Riche to years, when I was initially diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I now have several additional autoimmune disorders that he is helping me manage. I never feel rushed, he goes over everything with me (lol will even draw a picture or two) and makes sure I understand options, including waiting on a specific treatment. He can be blunt, but I don't mind that, I appreciate the facts and his opinion, no issues with his delivery, I know he cares! Yes, I always try to get the first appointment of the day because I know he will run behind, clearly if he spends that much time with me, he does with others too and will soon get behind, so I just plan accordingly. His office staff are great and have been with him for a while. Love them!
