We've been long time customers (4 yrs) - two kids, one with multiple treatment phases - and been very happy with the service the entire time. Over the years staff has come and gone but they are always friendly and efficient (with the paperwork/billing etc) and the one constant is Dr Patil. He truly is awesome, I love his positive attitude, and above all he is a truly skilled and knowledgeable orthodontist - he will do it right and I highly recommend him.
