Patient Reviews
Jun 06, 2023
Discovered I had a 5.5 cm aortic root aneurysm via a calcium cardiac scan. My heart valve indicated OK on subsequent pre-op scans. Dr Connors confirmed referring surgeon’s niche recommendation of valve-sparing root replacement and performed the surgery. During surgery, it was discovered my left and right coronary cusps were partially fused. Dr Connors made critical mid surgery adjustments to the valve suspension in order to still save my native valve. He also used the latest David technique. Cannot recommend Dr Connors enough - he is a next-level cardiothoracic surgeon. Always looked forward to Kristi’s visits (Dr Connor’s’ NP) while I was in the hospital. Really enjoyed her take on things. Great team!
