I've seen Dr. Rzasa Lynn three times now, and every time she's been compassionate, caring, and empathetic to my experience. She takes the time to listen and explain what's going on. Two of my visits were various injections, some of which were excruciating. I'm not positive if that's normal or not. Her notes said, "Patient tolerated the procedure well," which sketched me out, so I'm giving four stars for that and the lack of emotional preparation before such a painful procedure.
