My daughter had another Doctor within NYP just at one of the Columbia locations. Her doctor moved to another state and we were once again in search of an allergist. And just like that… Dr. Katari was given to us. My daughter was extremely happy just with her 1st visit, and teenagers aren’t always easily pleased. Dr. Katari wasn’t just thorough with all the questions she asked and the information she gave back, she also gave my daughter a sense of hope that she can overcome and outgrow some, not all, of her allergies. To see my daughter leave her doctors appointment with a smile on her face even after enduring all of her skin tests and knowing she will have to repeat them… just this time having a new plan of action on the horizon was more than my daughter or I could ask for.
