Patient Reviews
May 08, 2023
I’ve been seeing Dr Douglas since 2/2020 for a rare vitamin B1 THIAMINE deficiency, that caused MS-like and many other neurological symptoms. I saw dozens of specialist’s who missed my diagnosis. For two years, he very caringly, painstakingly tested me to rule out other disorders. Always kind, empathetic, and encouraging of me being proactive in my care. He openly read the research I brought him, and worked with me in treating my Dry Beriberi disease that led to another diagnosis of severe SFN, affecting me head to toes. When I believed it was affecting my eyes too, he agreed to refer me to a Boston corneal SFN specialist. I have only great accolades for him. Finally, an excellent doctor who LISTENS to his patients!! 10 stars in my book. JF RN, BSN

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
