After my sleep patterns were discussed, and I started using the C-Pap, there was a marked difference in benefits from sleeping. I don't use my equipment fully every night (while asleep I sometimes yank the mask off), so Dr. Patel and his assistant, usually share a serious heart to heart educational session with me on the several aspects of sleep and health, that I had best understand.
