I was frustrated with my previous MD for many reasons and was offered an appointment with Dr Patel. He was very supportive, informative and personable. He was able to interact with me as an individual and did not rush with the exam or discussion of my prognosis. As a healthcare professional running surgical facilities for over 15 years I appreciated his approach and professionalism. MEC still has time management issues (count on 1-2 hrs for your appointment), but this visit was worth the wait.
