Dr. Phillip Young is an excellent doctor. He attended to my husband Conrad when my husband got admitted to Washington Hospital. He is very knowledgeable, update the family on the health condition. His summary of medical report is complete, its on the hospital website. Upon discharge my husband was transforted to another hospital for his physical, speech and occupational therapy. He took care of all the details . Thank you very much Dr. Young.
