When Dr. Haas first walked in the room, he shook my hand & also my husband’s. Quite a contrast to the usual visits, where a doctor walks in with their computer & busily pecks away at the keyboard without making any eye contact. He listened, was informative & professional, clearly advised us of the course of action he was going to take, and we were in & out quickly. I had also been treated by him in the past due to a rare disease that I have, and he’s been one of the few doctors who were even aware of the disease.
