Dr. Loeffler was great! He cut straight to the point. We came in because my daughter had excessive ear wax. He cleaned it out in under 5 minutes. Then he answered other questions that we didn’t come in for regarding allergies. He made some suggestions. The visit was quick, but I did not feel rushed. He was nice and friendly. His nurse Shelly was very nice as well. 6/5 stars for him. His front office staff lacked customer service. They deserve negative stars. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00. I waited 40 minutes before I got called back. Then I waited another 20 minutes before seeing the doctor. I think they overbooked appointments because there was a ton of patients waiting. Upon arriving, the doors were still locked. I tried to open it and the front desk lady turned and looked at me. She didn’t smile or say anything, instead just turned her head back around and ignored me and continued taking her time to turn on the TVs. There were already multiple patients waiting outside. When
