Dr. Paul Rollins at Falls Surgery is terrific! Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease. Interacted with 4 other staff members who were friendly and professional. Kim took 45 minutes on a 3 way call to resolve my insurance problem. She is a gem! Would HIGHLY recommend this practice. Walked away with a positive experience.
