Dr Pai is AMAZING, his office staff is AMAZING, the entire team that supports Dr Pai is AMAZING. I suffered with tooth pain for 4 days resulting in basically no sleep. I was scheduled to see Dr Pai on Thursday but Wednesday am his office called and fit me in. From the moment I walked in to the office, I KNEW I was at the right office. They moved swiftly through paperwork and got me in. Dr Pai diagnosed and went right to work. He explained the procedure and let me know step-by-step what he was doing and why. He insisted on finishing the procedure in 1 visit because he knew that's what I wanted. His nurse team was GREAT - I can't think of a better word for them....perhaps FANTASTIC. When I was done, he explained post-op steps and told me to call if anything came up. The Administration Staff was truly second to none that I have ever seen. Kind, generous with their time, very clear and supportive. DR PAI AND HIS TEAM ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO. THANK YOU ,THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!
