Dr Nielson is a caring doctor who took the time to explain my options. He let me decide based on what I was comfortable with. I had a persistent infection in my finger that two rounds of antibiotics failed to cure. He suggested treatment and it resolved it quickly. There were follow up appointments to ensure everything was good and he was very pleasant every single time. Highly recommend him.
