Dr Vargo replaced my aortic valve. He is a consummate professional, good communicator, highly skilled and patient centric. He has a team that reflects these same characteristics from receptionists, assistants, and skilled post op follow-up. His confidence in his ability to successfully complete this operation put me at ease although opening up one’s chest cavity and the post op recovery is a big deal. I have no hesitation in referring him to anyone that needs an AV valve replaced.
