The staff are all very kind and responsive, making me feel more comfortable than many offices, in yet another 'new doctor' setting. Dr. Ko, and his personnel, were right on top of my 'case' and my needs as his patient They made sure there was no delay in tests, file information, treatments or appointments...whatever was necessary. So...a refreshing feeling of relief and confidence in my medical caregivers.
