She has always taken the time to explain in great detail what we are doing, how it should turn out and what to expect after. She follows my case from my oncologist and always knows where I am at in treatment and how it's going. She is amazingly kind and understanding and genuinely cares for her patients. She listens and has remembered my concerns, fears and even my personal information regarding my family and profession. She never makes me feel rushed nor does she gloss over my concerns.
