Wow! I'm not sure these negative responses are about Dr Radi. For me, Dr Radi is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, willing to spend the time to discuss test results. The staff are very friendly and professional. I'm the sort of person that has to ask a million questions to make sure I understand what is going on with my body and Dr Radi is patient and encouraging with me (I know this aspect of myself can drive some people up the wall). I give Dr Radi and his staff an A+
