Dr Dimachkieh listens and consults with you to determine a treatment plan and/or surgery. Ensures that you understand the root cause of the problem and the alternatives for a remedy. He diagnosed that the root cause of my hand and wrist pain and loss of functionality was De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis. I was hesitant to proceed with surgery- first treatment plan was physical therapy with limited improvement. Opted to proceed with surgery. Experienced quick recovery from surgery- eliminated pain and restored flexibility, range of motion and full use of my hand and wrist. In the future if I needed medical attention for my hand, wrist or arm, I would only see Dr Dimachkieh. He is a competent surgeon; professional and personable with a caring demeanor.
