Dr. Shapiro and his team are confident and talented. They guided my husband through his pre- op procedure with assuredness and competency. Kindness during admission and procedure. Even talking with the family on the phone just prior to the procedure. Upstate is a marvelous facility. Add to it this brilliant team. Thanks to you my husband is recovering well as Dr. Shapiro and his staff guide us forward. My husband is 2 years post-opand is progressing on schedule. Though the patient must remain cautious and vigilant. That is alwaysRequired.
