I was expecting a short appointment to have Dr. Kouskov refer me to have a sleep study. The appointment ended up not being short and it was a wonderful and different experience. I've never had a doctor take the time to treat me as wholistically as Dr. Kouskov did. He emphasized that a CPAP machine or prescription is not going to be the magic answer as it shouldn't. We discussed my lifestyle, habits, emotional and mental health. He gave me a to-do list of books, healthy lifestyle changes, and other ways to improve my overall health and well-being. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and patiently explained everything. I felt as if he really cared about me as a whole person and that's rare. I wish every doctor was like Dr. Kouskov.
