I was seen by Dr. Rifai at the Sibley hospital emergency room. She quickly diagnosed my condition and decided upon the most urgent procedures. In a very busy emergency department, in a very busy, and understaffed hospital, she went out of her way to personally arrange for my most urgent testing to be conducted ASAP. I am truly grateful for her care and compassion.
