He has been available, candid and always willing to answer questions. We are senior citizens with, unfortunately, lots of experience with surgeons. It is rare to find a combination of great competence, compassion and communication skills. We will always be grateful to him. His staff is also wonderful. They return calls promptly and make sure all bases are covered.
