She was recommended by a community ENT since I may have needed throat surgery. Despite the raging corona virus, she was pleasant, communicative, efficient and professional. She met me where I was, understood and addressed my concerns, and even offered her email and answered it with my concerns. She also offered to discuss what was happening with my 2 daughter doctors. Good physician and person. After the biopsy and surgery she circled back and explained what had happened.
